Hampton Inns have always been a favorite. Unfortunately, this was the worst room I have ever stayed in.

The beds were skinny mattresses; I have never seen this before. Paper thin and not comfortable. The shower was plugged and did not drain. The fan did not work in the bathroom and was caked with dust. The blow dryer stopped working as the gfi kicked it off and would no longer work. I suspect using the deal sight gets you the worst rooms. That is truly unfortunate. This is a place we previously stayed at and was no where near what we had this time. Very sad.

The rooms were sub par at best. The pool is more of a kiddy pool. The hot tob was warm at best. The manager was not very accommodating to our needs. We stay at alot of hotels and will not be coming back to the Hilton garden and suites anytime soon.
