My only complaint is that I booked a ‘superior studio’ and when we arrived it was the one room at attached to the guest laundry, which kind of sucked. We were able to upgrade and get a better room for a small price, but I would have preferred having an upfront notice when I booked the room that it was going to be attached to the guest laundry. It would’ve saved the hassle. We had an impressively bigger upgraded room! but it was a bit old and tired and dusty. The top of the fridge, someone has written ‘dirty’ in dust - who knows how long that’s been there haha!
NZNZNZNZNZLoved the clean and comfortable beds! Service was outstanding. Voiced a concern and it was dealt with immediately. Quiet and peaceful. Asked for an earlier check in and we got it thank you.
