位置方便，距離捷運新店站大約步行10分鐘，早餐菜色雖然選擇不多但很好吃，廚房阿姨很熱情親切～會主動問房客要不要多吃一點菜。 櫃台人員也很親切，當天我們去的時候下雨，主動詢問有沒有除濕機，馬上就幫我們送上樓，很棒！！

整潔度要再加強，床單棉被還要前房客的毛髮。 住第二天晚上隔壁的房客可能有在房間抽煙，結果煙味透過空調瀰漫到我們的房間很糟糕，然後隔音不是很好。
