"Inviting hotel on the beach front"

We had a room on the top floor of one of the buildings. The room was huge and had a lovely feel. The bed was extremely large and comfortable with a large bathroom and balcony on both sides of the room. They even decorated the bed for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. If we had to pick an issue it would be that the hotel did not respond to our message regarding when we arrived into Koh Tao meaning we had to walk to the hotel rather than getting the free shuttle service. We did message the morning of our arrival so this is probably our fault.
