Evening about the resort was fantastic. We stayed up the hill and preferred to be away from the main resort / road. Rooms were great and breakfast was lovely. Staff all really helpful We had our own pool for our block which was lovely Free transfer to and from port

Evening was great. I would recommend blinds are installed in rooms as we were in a corner and had to keep our curtains closed for privacy

החדר שהיינו בו (וילה 3, למרות שהשם בBooking שונה) היה אמנם רחוק אבל מול אחד המועדונים שפועל 2-3 לילות בשבוע. בלילה הראשון היתה שם מסיבה וזה מאוד הפריע לישון- אין בידוד רעש בכלל. בנוסף, במיוחד בקומה למעלה (חדר ילדים) גם אין בידוד חום והמזגן לא מסוגל להתגבר על החום שחודר מבחוץ במהלך היום. בלילה קצת יותר סביר.

​Ban's is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the diving experience was fantastic and the instructors are amazing. The rooms are also good - clean, comfortable, with strong AC, and they actually look better in person than in the photos. Daily housekeeping was excellent, hot water works (just takes a minute), and the free pier shuttle is super convenient. Location-wise, you are a 1-minute walk from the beach and within walking distance to everything on Sairee.

It gets very noisy at night because of the party scene. Also, note that the resort isn't strictly beachfront (just very close), and because it's built on a hill, you need to be careful which room you book or you'll be walking up a massive incline. Finally, skip the breakfast - it really isn't good, especially with so many incredible cafes just down the street.
