Ban's Diving Resort

Staff are lovely and were really helpful when I asked about changing my room for a more quieter room. Also, when I needed to change my flights, they allowed me to use their phone; totally de-stressing me.

I had a room overlooking the garden and it was the main thorough fare for late night revellers so was extremely noisy. I asked to me moved and got a room overlooking the top pool which was much quieter - however, the room was below the gym and was noisy for a whole new set of reasons. Luckily, the gym is open at certain times to avoid too much disturbance but still - people dropping heavy sets with me battling a hangover is not a good look ;-) Also, I really wanted the food to be better. You have a lovely place but it's spoilt by a poor restaurant offering basic beige food. Such a pity. And why have the bar on a separate tab to the restaurant? Apparently they're separate businesses but they're literally in the same room - it makes no sense when ordering. Make it easier for the customer please ;-)
