En la habitación 201 el televisor de la recamara no funcionaba, la reporte a la administración y en toda mi estancia no lo arreglaron.

La ubicación es genial. La alberca en la terraza es excelente para relajarte y algo excepcional es el trato de los colaboradores, sobre todo la chica de recepcion, si no mal recuerdo su nombre era Jade.

Solamente que se escucha algo de la musica de los bares cercanos pero creo es parte de la experiencia.

Great location but it is a loud area. The room is a good size but there are roaches.

Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived our room was not ready and the staff seemed puzzled by our arrival. We were told there were no extra keys and were given only one key for multiple guests, which was very inconvenient. It was literally the cleaning staff’s key. The WiFi was incredibly poor, so unreliable that even basic browsing and social media barely worked. I would not recommend staying here if you need to work remotely. Cell service wasn’t an available either given the buildings concrete construction. To make matters worse, the front desk closes at 5PM, despite signs stating it is open until 10 PM. The lack of consistency and support made the entire stay frustrating. The air conditioner leaked, ruining my leather bag, and we didn't have air conditioning for the final two nights.
