The staff was friendly and the location is convenient for getting around Lévis. Parking was easy and the check‑in process was quick.

The jacuzzi was quite dirty, the pool had settled dirt and a lot of hair floating in it. The towels were stained and the hallways looked unclean. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below what we expected.
