The overall property was nice and intial communication was good and the location is great. However our particular apartment was very dated and not clean. Blankets were old and screwed up in cupboards not even folded. There were lollies on the floor in the lounge room and the blinds and fans were extremely dusty. The cleaners were waiting outside our room from at least 8.30am (for a 10am checkout time) and even asked us what time we were checking out so they could enter which we found extremely rude.

"Excellent, Garden Paradise"

Very quiet, beautiful garden, warm pool, very close to Main Beach shops and restaurants. Rich area, very looked after area. Clean, maintained well.

Wi-Fi went dead affecting TV at times, but that allowed you to commune with the palms more lol

"Great location and accommodation"

Location. Close to beach and a few shops and not to far from surfers paradise. Pool and spa were open from 7am to 9pm which the kids loved. I only met George the owner but he was awesome, great communication and service.

Was a little dusty and dirty under beds and couches. Didn't affect our stay though.

Very convenient location. Comfortable for family of 5. Parking was great.

The smell at the property. Unsure what it was but was a strong. Maybe garbage/manure. Was there our entire stay. Needed to keep windows and door closed.
