Location was great

The air con didn't reach the bedroom and the fan was very noisy so hard to sleep

The location and how clean it was

No tv in main room and mattress was a tad hard in the main room other than. That it was great will definitely stay again

The amenities are good, great convenient location

Check in process was frustrating as I’d contacted the property to check in early but they have an off site reception who refused to allow me to check in early although I had spoken to the property. The vent in the ensuite shower was full of dust and really dirty. The main shower pressure was really poor!

Close to shops, restaurants, tram. Apartment had everything we needed

The master bedroom had very hard uncomfortable mattress You could feel the springs in you back. The couch was more comfortable than bed. The apartment wasn’t clean either. For the price I paid , I expected a bit more value for money

The property was not clean properly. Rubbish and cigarettes in the drawers. Couches with rest of food. Blinds broken.

The swimming pool and barbecue area was excellent. The grounds were very well kept and the managers were extremely helpful. Great location close to the beach and cafes.

The apartment needed a big clean. It was an old apartment but the owners need to spend some money on it. Some things did not work properly and attention to cleaning needed to be improved.

Location perfect, super close to shops and beach. Great pool/ spa, pool temperature was perfect. Nice views. Friendly staff.

The room (47) was absolutely falling apart, no doors lock. (Apart from front door) bathrooms desperately need some attention, no rails in shower, everything broke. No vent fans in bathrooms so when using tumble dryer, it made things slippery and wet! Fan/ light in bedroom 2 turns on and off randomly (in the night)! Clothes horse, iron, ironing board all falling apart. So much dirt and dust behind couch. General cleanliness of the place was below average.
