"Exceptional"

Everything about our stay was excellent. We especially enjoyed the 24 hr refreshment bar which included flavoured coffee, tea's, hot chocolate and filtered water. The only negative I can say is the bottom of the beds. They are wooden frames that stick out and can be real shin busters, but all else was excellent. Good value too.

"Poor breakfast, staff not friendly"

Check in with pets was a real pain. Policy that you sign is different from what's listed and what they tell you, and after you think you've sorted it out they will stop you the next time you happen to walk by the desk to re-expain how you were "wrong" even though you followed their policy as written and paid a pet fee. Breakfast had very few options and food was stale (i.e. bagels hard). Will not be returning. Thermostat in the room didn't work (thought it was 17° in the room when it was much much warmer.

The staff is so undeiendly! From check in to check out - the staff does not care about you. Our room TV wasnt working, and the lady at the front desk had no idea what was wrong. My daughter and I believe there is black mold in the room.
