Majority of staff very friendly, hotel was clean and good location

Lack of kids amenities, jasmin the entertainer was brilliant the head of entertainment hasn't much patience for kids probably in the wrong job

La ubicación.,

La jefa de recepción fue muy poco empática conmigo. El dia de entrada me dio la aprovación para dejar la habitación un poco mas tarde, después de las 12h, y el dia que lo necesité me dijo que era hasta las 12h. no me dejó duchar en la habitación, marcándome 10' tiempo máximo para recojer e irme, cuando lo mas fuerte és que la habitación a las 13h que yo llegué NO estaba echa. Me podía haber dejado duchar que era lo único que yo le pedía. antes de hacer 3h de viage. No volveré y NO recomiendo que vaya nadie.

"Hotel is a good base,good area, good holiday but not as good as sister hotel Villa Romana where we normally stay."

Friendly staff ,good location,good food on half board basis,modern bathroom

Room was a double and for us was small,we normally have a twin at the sister hotel Romana.we were pool view and balcony was overlooking each other.balustrade on balcony on 4th floor was glass not good if you don’t like heights.bed mattress was rock hard and only had two thin pillows.tv in room was not a smart tv and was small.dinner started at 7pm, if you went then the restaurant was packed with families and lots of noisy kids, if you want it quiet go at 8 to 8.30 pm.staff in restaurant were cleaning wiping tables off after use but not wiping chairs off,two consecutive nights we ended up with marked clothing from sitting on chairs with chocolate on them from previous diners.

l'accueil

les portes à galandage des chambres pour les sanitaires n'offre aucune intimité. vous allez au toilette et tous le monde en profite, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel pour ça. la rampe d'accès au parking payant trop raide, ma littéralement rayé tous le dessous de ma voiture.
