Breakfast was lovely. Great selection. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was very different and funky. Kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Great location, lovely facilities and welcoming team.

Pillows very soft is the only grumble

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen! Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend..!Bin mit meinem Hund dort gewesen und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen!Allem im Allem ein toller Aufenthalt!Nicht zu vergessen der sehr schöne Spa Bereich..Frühstück top!

The staff is great. We appreciated the free shuttle from the train station to the hotel in this car free village. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast is great, and includes made to order eggs, espresso, and cappuccino included in the price. The view of the Matterhorn form the balcony was the icing on the cake

We didn't like the layout of the bathroom. We didn't like the pillows and had to get extras.
