"L'excellence à Zermatt"

Nous sommes des grands parents et avons réservé pour nos enfants, étant nous même en appartement. L'hôtel nous a permis de venir les voir régulièrement et a autorisé l'ajout de lit supplémentaire pour les jeunes enfants dans la chambre parentale. Petit déjeuner et restaurant excellent. Spa exceptionnel et enfants acceptés. Hôtel très cocooning où l'on se sent choyé.

This property was in an excellent location in Zermatt. Easy access to both the main street shops/ restaurants as well as ski lifts/ transportation. The staff was top tier. Laura and the rest of the team knew us by name immediately and took great care of us - recommending restaurants, making reservations, knowing our preferences, etc. Truly a 5-star experience in this magical town. For European hotel rooms, the rooms were surprisingly large with great bathroom and shower facilities. A couch/ TV area! Unheard of. Very, very clean and serviced 2x per day. The spa area was a full spa experience - many options for free, others for a fee. Made coming back from skiing even better. The included breakfast was also phenomenal. Many hot options upon order, many great items at the buffet.

It's almost impossible to find anything. The wi-fi in one of our rooms wasn't strong or stable. That's it. The other room was fine!

Super zentrale Location. Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich vielseitig und lecker!

Das WC / Bad im Zimmer sind nicht wirklich geschlossene Räume. Für frisch Verliebte vielleicht eher ungeeignet. Wir gingen gerne in der Lobby auf s WC. Saunalandschaft ist nicht mehr modern. Wirkt recht runtergekommen. Die Soundeffekte sind eher erschreckend als beruhigend.

Very stylish, individually designed and perfectly located

Loft has a great and unique design for a picture in architectural magazine. In the real life in every point of the room you will hear every sound your partner produce in the toilet:((( Overpriced restaurant in the basement.
