"Overpriced poor quality bit of a rip off. Don't bother will not be going back."

Location size of room.

Overpriced. Poor decor dated and tatty. Extra cost for cooked breakfast, order full English first day atextra cost of £12 and is was horrible left it. Fruit plate on continental breakfast include in excessive price was so small with 1 straw and a bit of melon. Slow service coffee was like sludge. If you wanted porridge, it was £8 extra. Toilet would not flush. Towel rail rusty. Carpets badly worn. Overall very expensive for nothing special. Living on past glory maybe but standards seriously lacking.

didn't reach the expectations, booking luxurious room but it wasn't. It was written luxurious room has balcony so we booked it but the room didn't have balcony. Sofa was broken and and dirty.

"Ok but would not stay again…"

Location great!

No housekeeping after putting out correct sign. Booking details confirmed continental breakfast but hotel insisted on charging us. All about booking hem and not about the customer.. just assumed we were wrong on both of above. Got an additional £40 charge on check out and after pushing back, they reduced to £30. Should not have been such hard work..
