Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and the spa are is outstanding. We had the most amazing massage which was reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them.

Our room was the best we have stayed in for a long time - modern, beautiful and spacious, with great views. The spa facilities are really great and the saunas and pools brilliant. It is definitely worth visiting the hotel just for these. However it is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we spoke to that really made the trip special. It feels like happy staff, happy guests. Really a marvelous stay.

The property is exceptionally well kept and clean, in a central location super easy to be accessed even from Innsbruck. The reception area lobby bar and restaurant are all very well thought out, lovely layout plenty of places to relax. The spa is beautiful and has everything you could need. The interior design throughout the property is beautiful. The food is amazing and we had half board but they also provided an afternoon snack so there was plenty of good quality food. There were lots of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians and local dishes farm produce. The chef cooked creative and very tasty dishes every day . Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options sweet and salted also we asked for soya milk and it was delicious. We loved spending time after dinner in the reception area in front of the fireplace drinking all delicious cocktails and local drinks. The bedroom is very spacious , the bed very comfortable ,we asked for extra pillows and they kindly provided everything we needed. They also offer free activities for the guests and this is a bonus . We recommend the hiking activity in the evening with Lois. He is amazing and very experienced. The landscape and scenery are incredible . We will definitely stay at this hotel again. To be honest, it’s a five stars hotel not a four!
