We had a fantastic time. The beach was beautiful the hotel staff were friendly and our ocean pool villa was great.
Staff exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent although drinks and food a bit pricey. Always sun loungers available on the beach. Beautiful setting.
I never have seen such poor and ugly break fast, Reception they don't speak English. If we lose our key room we will be charge 250 Barth (never heard that before) Air conditioning was not working properly and we have to wait long time for hot water. Not clean towels. We book 3 days advance payment. After stay one night we informed hotel we want to leave . We were told Expedia refuse cancel booking . we stay 2 nights and we lost one night We have been in Ko Samui before and we have some experience about other hotels. This time we stay in Chewang Regent beach resort 4 more nights and we had excelent holidays One of our bests HAPPY END!!
The cleanliness of the shower area and private pool is not satisfying. the water is not clean, and the pool railing area as well. There was a bad smell from the bath tub. Breakfast food is very limited selection. And we do not get additional 2 towel as our room is private pool villa, we need to call the reception to request.
Food not good! Bathroom smells awful! No free room internet and computer use at business center.
Lovely touches such as surprise b'day cake after the cleaner saw my birthday cards but then let themselves down with little things - - wifi should not be charged as an extra when you are paying £200 a night...Deluxe Sea View Private Pool Villas are worth the extra money!! Staff v v friendly, breakfast ok, rooms could do with a little spruce up but general good condition! Good location...not too close but not too far from Chaweng Beach Road. Free airport transfer was also appreciated

This hotel is beautiful and right on a very nice beach. It was a little pricey when we stayed (admittedly close to the high season at New Years). The buffet breakfast is abundant and delicious and the dining area is beautifully designed - a real pleasure. The rooms are comfortable and very nicely modern.
Raatchi especially and hotel staff friendly.Pool looks dirty even though they claim it’s the color of the tiles of ,you can still see that the water is murky. They have a small room with three machines and some weights called a gym next to the pool. The hotel beachfront was completely washed away which very disappointing, had to walk about three hotels down on the main street to access the beach. The room was very spacious and modern looking. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the pool so woke up to beautiful sun rise & view of the sea. Problem was room was cleaned very late in the afternoon so often they did not replace the towels till about 5 ; The fixtures in the bathroom are full of lime scale and need deep clean and refresh. The white leather couches look dirty Bed was comfortable and clean. Hotel free Wi-Fi works well around the reception and library area but not at the pool.you can pay more to have Wi-Fi in your room. hotel is about a slow 25 min walk to the main bars and shopping or cheap 5 mins ride by taxi or tuk tuk and its only about 15 mins to the airport. We fixed a cheaper taxi ride to the airport then what the hotel offered.All in all a pleasant stay.Try not to get anything all the way on the far end of the hotel or on the first and second floor as you will have no view. The back of the hotel is right on the main road so you do here the occasional car and electricity buzzing
We spent there 6 nights during our honey moon trip. We were really surprised with the quality of the service and cleanness in our room. It was really close to the sea and we were able to catch a glimpse of the sea view from our room and the balcony. Breakfasts were very tasty and each day there was a great selection of various meals. On the last night of our stay the air conditioning broke down, despite many efforts no one was able to fix it, however, we were moved to another room for that night where the A/C was OK. I really recommend this hotel.
