Beautiful views and sunsets, great kind staff, excellent breakfast and great dinners. Staff Was amazing! Would prefer more towels and toiletries, but overall clean room large enough, great personal balcony, lots of steps but discover the hidden 2 man elevator, helps on tired evenings. Overall wonderful hotel. Renting a car was a breeze with the wonderful help of the staff! Would greatly recommend renting a car for a few days, makes the stay even greater! Highly recommend!!!
Beautiful property with amazing views and gorgeous rooms. Breakfast was awesome too and they were very helpful with suggesting different sights and restaurants. Nice that is wasn’t in a crazy busy area so not crowded with tourists. Loved it all!

Fantastic two story room with a private plunge pool that was very large. Amazing view from the pool deck and balcony. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had and we have stayed in many nice hotels. Excellent dining choice with amazing views. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We will come back.
The property has out of this world views. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.
The rooms and the property are very clean and beautiful. There is also great views of the ocean and caldeira.
Firstly I will focus on the positives - the views are absolutely stunning, reception staff are incredibly nice and professional and the food is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately my interactions with reservations agent, Neili were frustrating prior to my check-in and also upon arrival who did not action my email requests for my stay despite acknowledging my email was received. Also as an Expedia Gold member she told me the “extra perks and benefits” referred to by Expedia mean an extra charge which is ridiculous as that would mean they wouldn’t be a perk or benefit!
We choose the Petite Palace for its location, amazing views to the Caldera and elegant property rooms. It was the most beautiful experience we've had in our years of travel. Compliments to the Petite Palace manger, their staff and wonderful chef(s)....they are very polite, service oriented and have wonderful smiles :-) Thank you so much for making our trip to Santorini filled with a lifetime of beautiful memories.
