The best resort I have ever stayed in. Breathtaking views. Staff was great. Our suite was perfect. Food was excellent.

Staff was amazing. Room was exceptional and would highly recommend.
We booked one type of room and they gave us different and when we ask, they said this is the one what you booked. We are VIP member and they didn’t upgrade the room even if they had that for. We found life buns in the bathroom and when we showed the front desk, the video their answer was is usually to have that in Santorini during the summer. It’s not summer yet Time for checkout is 11 AM but at 10:30 cleaning staff stopped knocking on the door and yelled hello hello. The air conditioning was set up for one temperature and wasn’t able to adjust. They had the humidifier in a room which we had to unplug it because was too noisy. The cleaning staff left the bag with dirty clothes by our apartment door. I wouldn’t go back there anymore And on top to everything when I check out they asking for city taxes.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, everything about this hotel, inclulding the staff is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend! I will definitely stay here when we visit again!!
