Friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was perfect with a great view and a private pool and deck. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was top notch.
Extraordinary views throughout the property. Staff were extremely helpful and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend starting there to anyone and would plan on starting again myself.
Love that I was able to see the sunset from here without having to deal with the crowds. The staff was amazing & went above and beyond to help me make the most of my stay. They were also kind enough to store my luggage since I had a late flight while I went to do some shopping. I was also allowed to hangout at the pool afterwards while I waited for the time to come to head to the airport.

Petit Palace is a beautiful property. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property, the service and the staff. It is just below Thira which made it quiet yet convenient. The view was stunning. Our room was fabulous with a pool and great balcony. The staff was so accommodating. They arranged for a private wine tour, a rental car delivery at the hotel. Parking on site was a true benefit. We had an early flight and the had breakfast bags ready for us as we checked out. Breakfast is amazing and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Elia Restaurant on the property. The staff was so friendly. I would stay here over and over again. I highly recommend. Truly loved Petit Palace.
Property was lovely! It is a bit south of Fira, which was a good thing (cruise passengers made Fira too busy, a bit of a hustle) but one could walk. Better yet the hotel has a free shuttle that runs you to Fira. Property is lovely, stunning views and excellent staff, service and F&B. GM personally engaged with all guests.
Such a beautiful hotel with amazing workers will definitely be back here soon !
