"Don’t book here - everything is falling apart."

We booked this hotel for our family because it had a pool and breakfast. When we checked in, the pool was working. By the next day the pool and hot tub were not working. I passed the check in seat six times on our stay and there was a permanent back in 10 mins sign up. So we couldn’t even inquire about the pool. When we woke up on the second day we discovered the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs. Lucky, we were on the second floor. However, I booked the hotel with the expectation I wasn’t going to have to haul my stuff down two flights of stairs. The breakfast was comparable to other hotel continental breakfasts. The room was decently cleaned while we were out. The bathroom in our room had a broken toilet paper roll holder, so add that to the list of broken items. Not worth it.

"DO NOT STAY. NEVER PAY UPFRONT TO THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE MONEY BACK EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG"

Breakfast

In addition to the price, The "stealing" charge is abusive. They really charge upfront. They don't hold it like rental car companies do. I hope we'll receive money back. The bureaucracy to allow an employee to stay is ridiculous and very time consuming.

"By necessity and safety we chose this location but it was not a good experience."

Proximity to our event

The sofa smelled bad and was outdated. Some of The towels were stained. There was a dead cockroach on the floors and 3 ladybugs flying around the ceiling lights. Broken shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Front desk Staff did not make us feel welcomed is head was in his phone. Not informed about a deposit requirement when booking and deposit not refunded right away 5to 10 business days is unacceptable.

"Didn't get to stay want my money back"

I want my money back I didn't even get to stay I paid 230$ and they wouldn't let me pay the deposit on a debit card I didn't have a credit card to pay it so they didn't let us stay this is ridiculous I should get my money back

Breakfast was good. Things would have gone a lot better had I known before hand that you need a credit card for a security deposit. I got that information at check in. Was not impressed
