The housekeeper was rushing us she knocked at our door at 830 .we thought we had until checkout at 11am Also valet $40 that’s crazy

Finding the entrance to parking lot and entrance to hotel was tricky. Parking was outrageously expensive.

The staff were very accommodating

Nothing. Room smelled like a locker room. Pool was closed. We chose the hotel because of the pool. No restaurant 😕 No hotel water in the morning. Had to ask for more towels only 2 in the room. With 4 checking in

This is a great place to stay, it’s very clean, there are people cleaning constantly, the breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect- you can walk everywhere. Also I find that the valet service is very convenient, and the valets are also friendly and helpful.

This is my only problem, and I have stayed here before and this has never happened: the trash pickup was at 4:40 am on a Friday morning. It was so loud and went on for a very long time. I told the front desk and they were apologetic, but I guess this is an ongoing problem with the trash company, who are just doing their job. But I would request a room away from this area next time.
