Un personnel très attentif et et désireux de faire bien les choses. Chambre propre. Piscine propre. Relativement calme. Place de parking gratuit.

Emplacement: environ 1.5 km du centre ville Plage en face de l'hôtel : une route à traversé Plage pas terrible. L'Hôtel un peu vieillot. A la réception: peu mieux faire!! Manque de prises dans la chambre: 2 au total: prévoir multiprises avec vous. Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique. Il manquait a chaque fois quelque chose. Mauvaise organisation, totalement dépassé par les évènements. Pas assez de machine à café (qté: 2) pour le nombre de personnes dans l'hôtel, manque eau, lait puis café !!! J'avais lu ces commentaires mais je me suis dit ils abusent mais non tout est bien vrai: mais la direction s'en fout totalement.

"Amazing stay"

We had an amazing stay at hotel Al Khaima. The hotel was great, very clean and we slept very very well. The people were amazing, especially Mohamed (the man responsible for the rooms) took amazing care of us! Thank you everybody. We will definitely come back in sha Allah!

"Good change of scenery, walks to the sea, but a social mis-match."

Nice property in a good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food.

It was a mismatch, socially, for me. I'm a single traveller, and like to kick back and relax with the same. But it was school vacation, and the hotel was full of families. Nice, but the pool was dominated by kids happily enjoying their vacation. Great for them, but not what I need to relax. I wasn't the only guest who felt this way.
