Carleton Circle Motel Falmouth

Where to even start! The room was dirty, the floor clearly wasn't vacuumed, black mold in the a/c unit, the smell was awful and the bed of you can call it that was terrible. The pillows are a joke and honestly if I had been on my own I would have slept in the car instead. The sad thing is the location is great and the front of the building was not too bad. The office was not obvious and took me a few to find it, and it was just really bad. The front desk guy was good, he was helpful but I would never ever stay here again... Ever. Sketchy as heck and the sad thing is if they took care of it and maintained it this place would be a hot spot. Really run down! Can't add photos for whatever reason, but its bad.

Very nice place

Place was great, typical to a Cape motel. Beds were comfy, bring a pillow if you don't like soft ones. Clean. Staff was super sweet.

Be aware of this a-hole owner/ manager I booked and paid in full a room for 6/10 by mistake 10 min later I called to change for 6/11. They would not honor this . I realized the mistake 10 min after I made it . Can’t afford to pay double so trip is ruined.Horrible business owner will never deal with these crooks again

The room was clean and big. But during our stay the toilet stopped flushing. Had to remove the lid to pull the chain. Which is disgusting. Also saw black mold in the corners of the shower.

We are absolutely devastated, disgusted and sick over our stay at this motel. We had such a great time in Falmouth until we checked into the motel! I would have (should have) walked out but it was late and we knew we probably couldn’t find another place, much less get our money back. We even took photos of how horrible this place is and plan on sharing them. 1, Cigarette Butts outside entry door in a bucket. 2.Main office smelled like Cat Urine. 3. Door was rusty and covered with dirty finger prints. 4. Bathroom shower loaded with mold, no toilet paper holder, dirty towels hanging. 5. Window screen torn open, window filthy with dead bugs and dirt all over the window sill. 6. Spider web over light and window, 7. Bugs crawling on wall and ceiling. 8. Smoke/fire detector with no battery and left open. 9. Outlets that don't work and some only work if you leave the light on. 9. No blankets. 10. The entire room had a nasty smell that I believe came from the carpet. Nothing we did would get rid of it and due to torn window screen we couldn't open the window. 11. Air conditioner filter filthy.

It was older and needed updates, there was no closet to hang clothes.

good value and good location

Very helpful and friendly staff. Owner could not be any kinder we really enjoyed our stay very close to Beaches and activities but far enough to wait to be quiet and secluded. A great spot to be able to get to the upper Cape and lower cape conveniently.
