Great location, affordable accommodation price, artsy and comfortable interior, good breakfast, friendly staff, coffee and tea available in the room

1) The staff were excellent. Always available, friendly & helpful. They moved us to a bigger room ( 411 ) on the 2nd day as the room we got ( 412 ) was very small. 2) A/C was quite good & not too loud. 3) The location was excellent. Only a minute away from the main street with restaurants & shops as well as a very short walk to the river. The hotel is on a flat part of Lisbon. This was a priority for us given Lisbon was notoriously hilly. 4) The shower was great once we got to understand it. 5) There is a good safe in the room at a manageable height ( not always the case ! ). 6) The hotel provided a taxi ( at a reasonable cost ) from & to the airport. 7) The breakfast was provided in a different hotel ( 1 minute's walk ) & was excellent. Self service. Fruit & small fry.

1) The room we got 412 was very small.....not a good start to our holiday. We said this to reception the following morning & we were upgraded to a larger room ( 411 ) free of charge. I'm guessing this was manageable as there may have been free rooms in late May. Also we were staying for 10 days as an extended city break. I'm not sure what would have happened later in the summer so STRONGLY STRONGLY advise booking a larger room. 2) There was was just one key for the room which also activated the electricity. This was a large metal key.....quite unusual. The reason I'm mentioning this is that we were told if it was lost we would be charged €40. To avoid this we handed in the key each time we left the hotel. This is quite unusual I think but you just get used to it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pobyt w tym hotelu był dla nas bardzo udany. Lokalizacja jest znakomita – w samym sercu Lizbony, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. Hotel był bardzo czysty, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, a ręczniki regularnie wymieniane. O wszystko dbano z dużą starannością, dzięki czemu przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się komfortowo i zaopiekowani. Największe wrażenie zrobiła na nas troska o gości. Jeszcze przed opłaceniem rezerwacji otrzymaliśmy informację o planowanych na 3 czerwca strajkach w Portugalii i Lizbonie wraz z sugestią, aby sprawdzić, czy nasz lot nie został odwołany. To pokazuje profesjonalizm i prawdziwą dbałość o gości. Bardzo dobry hotel z doskonałą obsługą. Z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie i z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy go innym podróżnym. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! 😊
