hubicacion y confort son lo maximo por quien busca estar en un lugar centrico y seguro. El hotel es nuevo,limpio y muy bien cuidado. Desayuno bien completo , por lastima estaba en otro edificio pero vale la pena caminar 2 minutos para lo que encuentras.

El hotel es muy poco insonorizado y se escucha todo lo que pasa.

Nada a reclamar

My second stay at Brown's Downtown in just two weeks — that alone says something. This time I was placed on the first floor in a smaller room than the fifth-floor suite I'd enjoyed on my previous visit, but it more than made up for it with a charming balcony and a lovely street view. The staff was consistently attentive and genuinely helpful, and the facilities were excellent. A nice bonus: breakfast is available at two of their sister properties less than a block away, giving you flexibility without sacrificing convenience. The location is simply unbeatable — one block from the Baixa/Chiado Metro station and just a short walk from Rossio train station, putting all of Lisbon at your doorstep. Would I go back? Already have. Highly recommended.

The location is in old town, many resturant. The receptionist staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel gave us complimentary portuguese sweets and water, they have kettle and coffee machine.

The room is quite small and i could hear water running.
