El riad sería muy bonito si estuviera un poco más cuidado. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue bastante amable.

Está muy descuidado y dejado. Los muebles rotos, paredes sucias, etc... la habitación estaba bastante sucia y aunque arreglaban la cama todos los dias, el suelo seguía igual de sucio. La ducha y el baño en general tambien muy sucios. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien y entraba muchísimo frío. La calefacción funcionaba fatal y el agua caliente también. Un desastre.

Il Riad Lena è in ottima posizione. Vicino a una porta della medina permette di avere la comodità della vicinanza dei taxi e allo stesso tempo sei nel centro storico. Lo staff è molto gentile e famigliare. Ti fanno sentire a casa. La terrazza è molto bella, puoi passare del tempo in pieno relax godendo del sole e dell’ottimo the che viene preparato. E che dire delle colazioni! Buonissime!

La proximité nous convenais. Bien placé que ce soit pour rejoindre la grande place ou pour prendre des taxis (15 min à pied) proche du Riad. (2min à pied) Le personnel est vraiment top, à l’écoute et présent.

la connexion wifi pas accéssible partout dans la chambre. Besoin de sortir de la chambre.

Struttura molto bella, personale gentilissimi, buona posizione

La vasca idromassaggio che di per sé è un plus non funzionava correttamente (eccesso di schiuma, arrossamento di occhi, gola che pizzica) e siamo usciti subito.

Das Riad ist wirklich mega schön und sehr orientalisch eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein Jacuzzi, den man umsonst benutzen kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war immer jemand da, falls man etwas gebraucht hat und das Frühstück war auch gut. Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt in den Souks und gleichzeitig auch super nah an dem Platz, wo die Taxis halten.

Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und es gibt nur ein Vorhang, was das Zimmer vom Bad trennt. Internet funktioniert schlechter im Zimmer und fast gar nicht auf der Terrasse. Der Wasserdruck war nicht stark und abends gab es kaum warmes Wasser. Man hat die anderen Gäste immer gehört, Zimmer waren nicht wirklich abgedämmt.
