Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, et le personnel surtout en particulier RASHID qui était excellent, extrêmement gentil très avenant et accessible. Ils nous a donné beaucoup de conseil

Nous n’avons pas aimé le fait que sur l’annonce il était écrit SPA mais sur place il n’y avait aucun endroit ni personnel à cette effet.

Excellent service with all the staff 🙏☺️ They really meet you with a smile any time of the day.

The room I stayed in had a horrible smell , mostly from bathroom, but it came also out to the bedroom. I should have told them my first day, because I think they would have changed my room directly, that's on me. The reason I didn't do it, was because I thought all rooms were like that. Until I asked some nice English people my last day, and they said it was good in their rooms. Because of this I needed to have AC on all the time for circulation and got sick. Next time I've learned and will ask for different room. BESIDES this, the place is beautiful 🙏 I loved the rooftop with jacuzzi and sun almost all day.

Lower level rooms smell of damp. It would be useful for the staff to know a little more about local tourist attractions.
