Good location, clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Phil remembered the purpose of my/our visit to Eastbourne. He gave us useful information about where to eat near the hotel.

The room floorboards creaked a little. The hand basin was a little cracked. The single bed creaked. The bread for toast was not very nice - wholemeal would've been nicer than the brown/white.

Nick is a fantastic host, nothing was a problem. He was down to earth & friendly. Great location for the town & local attractions. Fantastic value for money B & B

Nothing to dislike

We had a wonderful stay at Eastbourne Reymar and wanted to say a genuine thank you. From the moment we arrived, Nick made us feel welcome. He checked us in, shared helpful local knowledge, and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. That level of attention stood out straight away. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The small touches made a big difference. Tea, coffee, and water were all provided, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. We also loved the recreational area. It was a great space to relax, with games and useful local information. Breakfast was a real highlight. One of the best we have had. There was a wide choice, with both buffet options and a freshly cooked breakfast. Everything was well organised and high quality. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. For the price, this place offers outstanding value compared to other options in Eastbourne. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Our host was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good - excellent poached eggs. Shower was hot and bed was comfy.
