"Very comfortable base to be able to visit iconic attractions."

Loved the country feel of the cottage & having the wood fire in the bed/sitting room. Very cosy & romantic. Farm fresh goodies for breakfast was a bonus.

Little bit far to walk into town.

The outlook from Ariel 2 was beautiful. I could stare out at the Western Tiers forever, especially from the hot tub! The breakfast supplies were generous and a good choice of tea. It was a very comfortable stay.

"Excellent"

Lovely property. Located close to town and lots of tourist attractions. Well equipped kitchen and food left for gourmet brekky! Wood fire with lots of firewood.

TV from the 90s badly needs replacing! Couches very uncomfortable.

It was all really good

The only thing I didn’t like was lounge suite it was just too uncomfortable to sit in. My advice would be to get rid of it and put two nice recliners in place

Cute, beautifully appointed and very clean. Garden was stunning, very private, exceptionally generous breakfast package. Hosts were extremely gracious and welcoming.

Our stay at the Blackwood Cottages was very enjoyable, comfortable and memorable as we stayed in the heritage house. It was very spacious, beautiful with many amenities, including a very tasty breakfast. We would definitely stay at the Blackwood Cottages again.
