The food, the calm atmosphere, and the staff were all good.

The room shown in the pictures was not provided, there was no shower cabin in the bathroom, and I was given the room at the entrance that was designated for disabled guests.

Отель превзошел ожидания, отдых понравился, море и питание были отличными. Удобная близость к Кемеру и местным магазинам. 20 минут пешком до Кемера — удобно для вечерних прогулок. Магазины и сувенирные лавки рядом, пляж на первой линии с пирсом. Район тихий, вид из некоторых номеров на море или горы. Балкон с видом на море, два пластиковых стула и столик, сушилка. Кондиционер, холодильник, сейф и базовая комплектация (тапочки, шампунь/кондиционер, мыло). Разнообразный шведский стол, турецкая и европейская кухня. Ежедневные тематические ужины, большое количество фруктов, овощей и салатов. Пляжный бар и лобби-бар с напитками, гёзлеме с разными начинками. Детская зона с мультиками и адаптированными блюдами. Собственный пляж с пирсом, лежаки и зонтики всегда есть. Мелкая галька, прозрачная вода, постепенный вход в море. Море с пирса сразу глубокое. Бассейн с горкой, дневная анимация у бассейна и на пляже. Ежедневные вечерние шоу, дневная анимация (аквааэробика, степ и др.). Подходит и детям, и взрослым. Нет дискотеки на территории отеля (но есть платный трансфер до клубов в Кемере). Вежливый персонал, общение на русском и английском, решают вопросы быстро. Отличный интернет в номере и лобби, хватало для Zoom конференции. На пирсе сигнал слабее.

Номер в основном корпусе немного устаревший, уборка не всегда на высоте. До аэропорта ехать чуть больше часа. Старый интерьер и мебель в основном корпусе. Уборка не всегда качественная, полотенца меняли не всегда. Нет халатов, жидкого мыла, слабый фен. Кондиционер работает только при закрытом балконе на замок. Ресторан a la carte отсутствовал, но это не критично.

Firstly, It is an overrated hotel. I checked the comments and booked because of that, but it was disappointing. The rooms need big maintenance. Our first rooms AC did not work at all, but the receptionist insisted to leave us in that room as saying there were no other room, that rooms fridge was so small and there was a water leakage too. Our bags got wet as we didnt realise and put our things to the floor. Then somehow they offered another room. In the second room after changing, the shower water was dripping like a thread. Shower head holder was broken too. Foods are sloppy and the restaurant smells heavy food/meat fat that you can lose the appetite, they dont have any proper exhaust hood. They try to cook some parts in the garden but it makes the air worse. Bar beverages are the same, prepared in a careless way by the stuffs by the beach. Beach towels are far away from the beach that you need to pick up from Spa. There could be a place to pick up/drop off the towels next to the bar. The only good thing for us was the sea which was a natural thing. To sum up, I was with my family and tried to spend good time with them, but the hotel has lots of missing items for that over rating on the internet. If the hotel was 3 stars, I would understand that. The price and the place dont match. It is expensive for what we get as a service from them.

The hotel was very good compared to the price which really didn't expect. It was my first trip with the baby, but the hotel has everything I needed, and many people were with family (play ground, kids club, accomodated bed, dining area for kids with TV, baby tables). The food for me was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean, there was a bus station in front of the hotel and the pharmacy also. We enjoyed the beach and the big swimming pool and the activities around. Every night, there was a different show and usually started with the kids' dance show.
