Carls Unique Inn

The room was clean and comfy. The rooms are on the third floor, below them is a conference/meeting room. There was a party that went on all night past midnight with a full band. This is an old building. Then after being kept up all night we were woken up by a church band. It was so loud I was able to record the band in my room. There needs to be a noise disclaimer in the booking. There was nobody in the lobby after 10pm so nobody to talk to about the issue till the next morning and she could t do anything.

Very clean, large room and quiet. Staff is very helpful. Close to good food, grocery stores and the bay. 10 min walk. Not in a tourist section so you get a good deal for your money.

No hot water no elevator no bar for hanging towels. Not a working sink. Toilet doesn’t flush.

I love staying at this property, it is close the movies and very convenient. I love the free breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel is above a bakery and mini-supermarket, located in a quiet light industrial part of town. Restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. The room was large and comfortable. Good wifi and a desk to work at. The courtyard was comfortable too. Breakfast is served in the bakery downstairs. Free parking behind the hotel. One note... there is no lift and there are two flights of stairs up to the rooms.
