Strange multiple staircase entries. No clear instructions for garage remotes( actually fobs) access - No coverage when retrieving keys from lockbox- tough when it is raining heavily. Our two 2BR units were at opposite ends of the complex. No coverage and waterfalls coming down from balconies - making access and movement difficult due to inclement weather.
