Firstly, I paid an additional charge for a pool view room. However, the room provided (Room 302) did not have a direct pool view and was significantly obstructed by another apartment building. This is misleading and not in line with what was advertised or paid for. Secondly, the property is listed as non-smoking. Despite this, guests in surrounding apartments were smoking regularly, and the smoke was entering our room. There appeared to be no monitoring or enforcement of the non-smoking policy, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially as this was a family holiday.
