Palace Inn Suites Lincoln City

The room had dirty comforter. when I asked about coffee they only offer coffee in the mornings with no coffee pot in room because that would be another thing for housekeeping to clean is what I was told. I would not stay here again.

I made a change to my reservation and it was not a problem. Great service!!

Really the only thing I found to be a problem was there was no heat in the bathroom, which I found very unusual. Also, for some reason to use the television, you had to use two different remote controls, which was pretty irritating. Other than those things for the price, the room was decent

Needed a place to stay that was inexpensive. I have to admit the decor was interesting. Overall, expectations were met. Ceiling/floor squeaked whenever upstairs guests walked.

Shower didn't work properly

Our room smelled like dog pee and the bath fan was destroyed. Tried using the guest washer but it was so full of dog hair my clothes would’ve gotten dirtier.

This is 4th time I am staying at this hotel; good price; good quality service and professional staff; it is highly recommended to anyone.

It was very clean. No coffee in rooms. No amenities such as bar soap or lotion. They did provide soap and shampoo in dispensers. I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the ice machine.

Easy check in, room was nice and good location.
