Hotel Los Olivos Spa

Están bonitas las instalaciones y buen servicio, el único "pero" que le pongo es que nos tocó una habitación cerca de los baños públicos del hotel y el ruido de los huéspedes y de los empleados con sus radios de comunicación era muy molesto y no pudimos descansar bien, solo me quedé una noche en pareja porque veníamos de Huatulco ya para regresar al otro día a CDMX

We only went for spa services 2 facials. The girls that work there are super sweet but we didn't speak Spanish so after numerous questions got my boyfriend on the phone to translate. Good thing because we paid for 2 facials and learned the can only do 1 at a time. One of us choose a pedicure instead. My friend loved the 1.5 hr facial. My pedicure was ok different than what I'm used to in the us. The sauna/steam ceremony was a really nice surprise and treat! Would go back for it and a facial next time. The veg restaurant we had a delicious green drink. The restaurant was very plain like cafeteria.

Lo que no nos gustó es que el cuarto que nos dieron esta cercano a la calle y se oía el ruido de la calle. También hubo grupos que salían o tenían actividades muy temprano ( 6:30 o 7:00 am) y se oía el ruido

Not much

The beds were lop sided and had wheels. Minimal assistance from the staff, not even directions to our rooms. The photos show a hot tub, but it's part of the spa with a fee and not even functional on the days we were there. The hotel also has a sign in our rooms that there would be a 200 usd fee for alcohol consumption.... now i can see smoking in the room fee, but a drink, a beer, really!! ...this i thought was weird ....I didn't see this anywhere when I was booking.. so check this out, or you might receive complaints.
