There were ants in two of my rooms. They were plentiful and were crawling up on the bed space. The Air conditioning did not work in two of the rooms. The sheets were stained and the pillows were not washed. There was a kissing bug in one of my rooms as well. Kissing bugs can lead to Chagas Disease, which can potentially lead to life long heart complications. It was a very dirty experience. I had left my apple watch in one of my rooms and when I came back to pick it up the settings had been messed with, so had the wallpaper. Save your money and avoid staying at this hotel. Spend a little extra money and stay at TreeCasa resort instead. That place is amazing!

Lovely place, a bit out of the way. Rooms are small, and not that comfortable. The place is very noisy and you can hear the people next door talking. The view and pool are spectacular. The food was very good.

The view and the food was exceptional! The staff was really polite, the pool amazing... In general, we had an amazing time there!! Definitely recommend!

Maybe they could paint the front walls, the ones surrounding the parking lot, that is the first thing we see, and it was peeled and gray, not like the building ones

The personnel was helpful and trying to solve the issues we faced.

We stayed for 1 night but we had several problems: 1) The balcony window couldn’t be locked and we were waiting for the mechanic to fix it, we changed the lock. 2) One part of the window couldn’t be shaded properly and also they hadn’t protective nets to avoid mosquitoes. 2) The safety box wasn’t working and after long wait they decided to move us to another room. 3) The A/C was noisy and was dripping. 4) Last and most important the access road is very very bad and you definitely need a 4x4 or being experienced, I don’t recommend it for new drivers. …very bad value for money.

Our room had great view( top room for 4 persons). With big balcony. 2nd double bed is really small to sleep in with 2 persons. Bedkinnen is quite old en does not fit ( too small). Bathroom, speciaal shower floor is not clean. Breakfast is very little choice. You have to pay extra for more food. Owner, Maite is very kind and helpful. Garden en pool is lovely.
