Atendimento rápido na recepção durante o credenciamento, hotel limpo no geral; quartos aparentemente limpos;, garagem disponível, mesmo com vagas reduzidas e espaço pequeno. Atende o necessário básico para estadias a trabalho.

Valor da hospedagem não condiz com a experiência entregue; Fronha do travesseiro estava suja e com cabelo, aparentando não ter sido trocada; TV desconfigurada, eu tive que arrumar; Sistema do ar-condicionado limitado, sem possibilidade real de ajuste da temperatura; Descarga do banheiro com defeito, disparando e demorando para parar; Secador de cabelo com cheiro de mofo; Acústica muito ruim, sendo possível ouvir barulhos dos quartos vizinhos e corredores; Barulho excessivo pela manhã no corredor, inclusive de pessoas aparentemente da equipe do hotel; Necessidade de melhorias estruturais e operacionais em diversos pontos
