Arrow on Swanston

Bugs/roaches everywhere - horrible smells, mold on walls, management is outrageously disrespectful and rude. Management has no knowledge of issues like WiFi (even tho there were signs posted). Pictures on website are extremely filtered. The place is disgusting - book somewhere else nearby (ibis, if you're on a budget). It's extremely disappointing for the cost and an embarrassment to Melbourne if you're visiting for the first time. The staff/management do not wear name tags purposefully, I asked for the names of the staff that were unable to offer support and was given the name "Roger" and "Jessica". Additionally, many of the guests in the hotel use this as a permanent residence for suspicious activity. The place is littered with trash and paraphernalia.

It's very accessible and everythings good. If I'll come back to melbourne city centre I'm 100% come again. goood bbyyye

The space was clean and efficiently laid out It was spacious enough for 3people and felt open, not cramped, making it very convenient.

Good location. Early check in which is appreciated. Lots of restaurants near by. Walking distance to Mel central. Tram is nearby

The 2bedroom apt. is decent condition. Location is perfect. Arrow cafe is the place you should try. We had our breakfast at the cafe on the check in and check out days and we are happy with their food and services.

The worst hotel I have ever seen they charge for everything but there’s service is like they don’t provide Internet while they’re charging $50 per month just for 30 MBS and when we went with the complaint their staff behaviour was very reckless like that, don’t care about anything

There was mould in the bathroom and the corridor smelt like weed. Also at check in they wanted us to just leave our card details with them

Horrible apartment. Terrible staff attitude. The Wi-Fi signal hasn't worked for over 24 hours and they don't even bother to notify us or apologize. They offered me a $10 voucher to give a good review before seeing the apartment. We stayed for 5 days and there was no cleaning of the apartment, no change of towels, and no refilling of essential items.
