"Disappointing room (not clean) but very kind hosts"

The hosts were very kind and helpful. Free parking, fridge in the room and fan for air circulation.

The room was already dirty when we checked in. There was blood and other stains on the bed sheets at our arrival. There were also a lot of hair and dirt on the floor and in the corners. Maybe its not always like this and we just picked a bad day. But unfortunately it didn't get more clean after room service. The drinking glasses could use an update. Unfortunately this all together didn't make us feel really comfortable although Jeffrey and Jenny are really nice people.

Arrived there having off milk in the fridge stinking the room, old food in the fridge. Aircon only set at one temperature when extremely hot. And uncomfortable staying in room

Really sweet and friendly hosts! Jeffrey and Jenny were very accommodating, making hot breakfast for us every morning, and Jeffrey is always happy to share travel tips, good spots to visit and eat. There's a lot of food options within 5 mins drive if you have a car - or if not, this is right behind the train station to get into Perth CBD. Since this is located in the Perth suburbs it's nice and quiet, and room had plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed my stay here, I wasn't expecting it to be so homely which was a pleasant surprise!

It was clean, comfortable, easy to find and they were an amazing couple.

Air Conditioning set at 25 with no way to individualise it but extra fan in the room helped. We did stay when a heat wave was on.
