Jeffrey was an excellent host and made the stay even more enjoyable

The hosts are amazing and provide almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jeff and Jenny are wonderful and made us tasty breakfast each morning.

Nothing specific, although make sure to place a donot disturb sign when you do not want the room to be serviced.

We only were able to have one Breakfast, and it was very nice.

Our visit was tainted by the inflexibility and lack of understanding of our situation. Our travelling companion had a heart attack, so we wanted to cancel . The hosts did not reply to my email or messages asking for some refund. I understand it is a business, but we could have paid something. Travelling for over 3 hours to stay in 2 rooms we didn't need was a big deal. No communication or understanding shown. Greedy. Friendly, but not caring.

Jeffery had to let me in at 4.30 am. As my flight was delayed . I was staying two nights, so he told me to sleep and do paperwork when I got up. Breakfast was very nice, and Jeffrey was very nice and friendly.

Close to Work and Training

Breakfast was from 8.30am well after our employee was required to depart for the day, so can't say. Continental breakfast could have been left in my room for the following morning

Quite ok

Place was clean and comfortable, had parking and the location was great - just what we were looking for, all for what seemed like a bargain. Jeffrey was a good host, cooking us breakfast, attentive to our needs and had plenty of good suggestions for our stay. The only major complaint we had was the air-conditioning wasn’t working well: it would shut off in the middle of the night, and unfortunately we came during a freak autumn heatwave! We were disappointed as when we booked this place we were told it had a/c. I would have given this place a 10/10 if it hadn’t been for this issue. I hope Jeffrey can fix this problem, but other than that, it was just fine.

The location was very convenient for us being close to the two events we attended. The establishment wasn't palatial but the owners were very hospitable, and we felt quite at home - nothing was too much trouble to ensure our comfort (the full day we were there was exceptionally hot 40degC). Security of the premises was high so we felt safe.
