The owners couldn't be more helpful. All one needs to do is ask and they will accommodate you The room has a heat pump which warmed up the room. There was minimal cutlery and dishes, cups etc but to get extras just ask. The bedding for winter had to be requested and there were no extras of those things in the room. The carpet was clean as were the other floors. Electric blankets were on the beds and the bed linen and towels were pristine.

The spa was amazing and we really enjoyed the little accessories given for the spa, helped to relax and moisturize the skin! The size of the room was good and the shower pressure was amazing, the awesome thing about the location was everything was only a short walk away. Eateries, the lake front, chemist warehouse all only a 5 minute walk away.

Aside from having to walk up a flight of stairs to get to our room (rooms with spa bath was upstairs) everything was really good, we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure!

The pool and spa were closed as they were 6 months ago. They definitely aren't gardeners as the lawns and gardens need attention! There was no room service in the two days we were there and we had to ask for dry towels etc and another blanket for the bed.
