Chantillys Motor Lodge

Great spacious room with everything we needed. Very clean and lovely friendly accomodating staff.

Good size room close to town.

Property and rooms look tired and dated. Many of the weeds in the gardens are over a metre tall. A previously classy motel is now looking unloved.

Good size room. Quiet. Slept well. I did enjoy the spa bath

Micro-wave did not work. I did tell the manager but nothing seemingly done

Bed was very comfortable

Motel is badly run down, really needs refurbishing. Broken tiles on kitchen floor and paint peeling on roof in bathroom. Gardens full of weeds and lawn overgrown. Never had our room serviced, had to ask for clean towels and rubbish bins never emptied. Were so disappointed we left one day early as we had had enough of asking for towels and having no service.

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints about cleanliness - all good. Excellent restaurants nearby.

I would have loved a coffee maker or plunger in the room. There was tea and that was okay. I was offered milk. What I really wanted was coffee...

Staff and owners were lovely and very accommodating. Sadly the beds were uncomfortable. The pool needs cleaning and the grounds are overgrown with weeds.

The bed was uncomfortable and the time before 6 weeks ago the bed was so uncomfortable we had broken sleep. This was the wet floor shower room. The room on the weekend was better but not as comfortable as you would expect. The matteress need upgrading for comfort. The pool needs cleaning. I used the leaf scoop to clean as much as possible prior to swimming.
