Great location, large twin room which was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee provided. Easy check-in. Accommodated our change of date booking without any issues or extra charge.

Location was close to union street. The receptionist was very helpful. The small tvs worked.

The single rooms were small and had an unusual smell. They had a shower at the end of the bed with a curtain which was strange. The walls were thin. We could hear the people in the next room brush their teeth and snore. My light above the sink didn’t work. The PowerPoint is far from the side of the bed. The bed linen and small duvet whilst clean was thin. You have to use a shared toilet. There were 28 rooms in the guesthouse. Light came into the room from around 5.30am as curtains weren’t blocking out the light. Quite noisy from around 5.30am which wasn’t great for sleep.

Excellent value. 5 mins walk from the centre. Smooth check in, nice staff to greet me. Room really nice,shower, tv,kettle. Breakfast a great bonus, lots of choices of hot drinks, fruit juices, fresh milk, yogurt, toast, fruit. £32 for the night crazy value
