Lovely welcome drink. Bedroom was roomy with a couch. Complimentary mini bar with beers, soft drinks and water. Breakfast was buffet and table service, adequate but nothing exceptional.

Reception area is not very inviting. The hotel is on a corner of a main road and there is quite a lot of traffic noise.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Great location in the old town

Work out facilities minimal

Reception staff went above and beyond. Nothing was too much for them and they were so welcoming and generous with their local knowledge.

I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so helpful and engaging. The service was out of this world, the room spacious and inviting and the breakfast WOW. The staff should be highly commended on providing such a wonderful and inviting place to stay.

I left my phone in the taxi to the airport n staff were helpful to contact taxi company n got driver to go back to airport to return ph to me. I hv to give a big Thank U to the staff that contacted the taxi company

As on previous occasions, I greatly enjoyed my stay at Cubo. My room was comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. I felt valued. Whenever I returned to the hotel, I was welcomed as an honored guest.

The carpet in my room was a stained in spots and should be replaced. The breakfast room was pleasant but the staff was uneven in their interactions - some of the personnel was engaging, others seemed distant and uncertain how to interact with international guests. Food quality was excellent.
