All staff were very cheerful and very welcoming despite our late booking and late arrival. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom spotless. For the first time in a hotel bathroom, the shower didn’t drench in freezing or boiling water. Water pressure really good. Fantastic!

Number of stairs without handrail to reach reception. Room decor and fittings were too “busy”. Directions for use of coffee machine could have prevented waste of a pod! A room only rate rather than b&b for late bookings would be great as after 10+ hours travelling, we missed breakfast.

The barman Adam on the evening shift is a credit to your business. Hes chatty and very good at his job.

The breakfast bacon and sausage were hard over cooked as if they had been lying too long. This is typical of most hotels though.

very big room. the bathroom is almost the size of the room. To reach the room you must use the elevator and then the stairs but they help with the luggages. Staff was friendly. A very good spot for relaxation.
