De locatie was top.

Lauw water in de douche ipv warm.

Struttura nella media, eccellente per la posizione, pulizie e cambio biancheria impeccabile. Nota negativa personale alla reception inesistente…(fai da te) Nel complesso lo consiglierei senza nessun dubbio.

Nothing in particular is negative; everything is at the level of a good 3-star hotel. Good for one or two nights; longer stays perhaps deserve a different choice

Good-sized room with great view from the balcony and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is one of the best in Livigno, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

good location

the room was with breakfast included. the receptionist told us the breakfast was from 8 to 10. we arrived at 9 for breakfast and most of the things were already gone and the personal said they couldn’t make any more food. also there was no manager to speak to or even receptionist at the moment of the check out. its a pitty.

Ski room exit was a bit narrow. In the room we had a kettle for tea making , but haven't tea cups :)

It is the perfect location and was very clean
