The staff is friendly the view is amazing

The view

The nasty smell that we woke up to in our suite, and the customer service upon calling them they said nothing they can do about it, it is from the municipality. The ongoing drilling almost all day like staying in a workshop, usually you do not have that in a five stars hotel or else the rate will be so down. And the workers were using the guests elevator! Breakfast came for one and we were two in the suite so we had of course to wait for the other meal to come and eat one hot one cold! And you simply get a sorry didn’t know, again these things never happen in a 5 stars which makes me wonder who gave them these stars? Is it kinda something you decided to claim on your own! That no one was there on the front desk when we first came to checkin, while two employees were sitting smoking in the lobby and barely noticed us and said just wait someone will come! The rooms look old from inside, the bed was not comfortable, and definitely not a five star hotel.

There is nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The view from the room was beautiful, but the room itself was disappointing. There was only one power outlet, which made it very inconvenient — I couldn’t even keep my phone next to me while charging. Since we were two people, we had to wait for one to finish charging their phone before the other could use it. The shower wasn’t fully functional — some parts worked, some didn’t — and it clearly needed repairs. The in-room jacuzzi was in a great spot, but it also needed maintenance, as some features weren’t working and it was leaking water onto the room floor. Every morning there was construction or repair work going on with loud noise, which was really annoying and affected our experience. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and had a good attitude in their service. Overall, the hotel is just okay. The only thing I truly liked was the view — everything else was disappointing. I was expecting a much better experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations.

Reception doesn't answer calls, no any bath kits or robs or tooth brush, the jacuzzi was extremely disgusting pump full off strange algae and weird stuff floating in the water, no electric plugs near bed, the toilet door touching floor doesn't close properly, i don't recommend this hotel worst service ever! The breakfast lowest quality of food received it one hour late! Most of the food was tasteless, especially pancakes uncooked, and doesn't deserve the money spent!!
