ILThe location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience. We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything. We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us. Best hotel experience.
They could've done a great job giving us recommendations about events during our stay - espically outside events and helping us understand the spa area etc.
BAeverything was great!!! welcome at check in, wonderful waiter Jonas who was with us during the meal, Tia an excellent therapist in the wellness center... food👌👌
Facilities were great.. staff were all friendly and approachable.. food was delicious with a different menu everyday.. the views were breathtaking.
