Tres belle pisicine chauffée. Endroit calme. Ma chambre etait tres belle, j ai eu la chance d etre surclassée. L odeur du jasmin et les oliviers. Le personnel adorable. Tres bien mangé.

J aurais aimé qu on me parle du spa, pas d info a ce sujet.

En pleine nature maison d’hôtes très agréable avec très grande piscine chauffée, restaurant sur place avec menu marocain et différents plats. Toute l’équipe aux petits soins, au top ! Chambre triple avec extérieur, très belle décoration beaucoup de charme, très bonne literie. Séjour très agréable et reposant. Merci !

It was the worst experience we ever had in a hotel. We went for an overnight trip to Toubkal and left all our bagage that was not needed for the trip in their hands. It was stated that we could leave it in their hands and the security man took our luggage in a small room which was caputered on camera. A day later when came back all our luggage was gone: e-readers, AirPods, all our clothes - EVERYTHING . They told us a story that the garbage man had thrown it accidentally. They promised us that they would get our luggage back or would compensated all our losses but they lied in our face. We had to make a list with all our items which was in total 2000€ for the 3 of us. Walid the office manager lead us on until the last moment and had us searching 30 minutes before our taxi to the house of the so named garbage man to ask our stuff back.. insane situation. The manager of the hotel did nothing to get our stuff back- it was not his problem and we were fools to trust the hotel with our luggage. We had to take our flight home so we were pressured to leave without our stuff and with a ridiculous small amount as compensation. They just laughed with us. The overall experience was a nightmare. Also the hygiene of this hotel is unhealthy: malts in tent, sinks are clocked,.. We recommend everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation and to keep their belongings to NEVER go to this hotel.

Staff are lovely and really helpful. The food was really good and the pool was amazing .

They do a day pass for non residents to come and have lunch and use the pool, we were there at the weekend, but it was so busy and felt more like a holiday camp than a private hotel during the day.

Une équipe et le personnel top 👍 une bonne auberge pour la restauration on y mange très bien ! La piscine est chauffée toute l’année à 30 degrés et elle est olympique

Staff were absolutely fantastic, facilities very good, pool was very nice and big, food was great, tent was lovely, clean large and cleaned every day with a/c. The garden area around the pool is very nice, loungers have towels for you to use whilst by the pool.

It was a little far out so we had to get taxis but it was a trade off we didn't mind

Le lieu magnifique au calme, l'accueil exceptionnel de Vincent et des gens en général. La piscine incroyable chauffée en hiver.
